Adult Coloring Book Exhibit : Joan’s Forever Colors at West Paris Library

The West Paris Library on 226 Main Street in Maine is having an exhibit of Joan’s Forever Colors, which are  colorings by Joan Morgan.

Joan Morgan was born in Waterford and worked at Woodstock Elementary School.   Joan and her husband Gordon went on later to have four children where they raised them in their home on Patch Mountain.

Joan had health issues later in life and had problems with her mobility. Whilst recuperating she receiving an adult coloring book which started an interest in coloring,  The interest which she continued to follow until she passed on 11 January.

Her family never realised how many coloring books she had completed or how much they would come to treasure them.   The West Paris Library staff are now having an exhibit and sharing the pictures with the community.
